The University of The Bahamas (UB) held an awards ceremony on Wednesday to recognize the outstanding performance of graduating students. The event was held at the Kendal G. L. Isaacs Gym.

University President Eric Roland addressed the event saying, “graduates you have tremendous attributes and you have tremendous resilience and today you’re reaping the benefits and rewards for all of your hard work.”

Among the awardees was Cordell Strapp who received the Associate of Applied Science Award, the Associate of Culinary Arts Awards and the Tourism, Culinary Arts and Hospitality Award.

Numerous other awards were given out at the ceremony where students and their families celebrated their stellar achievements.
