A man, thought to be in his thirties, was shot and killed on Piper Lane off Palm Beach Street on Wednesday afternoon.

Police on the scene told reporters, “initial reports suggest this male was sitting in this open yard.  Two males approached him, one armed with a firearm and shot him about the body.   EMS was called to the scene, the examined the victim and find no signs of live.”

According to reports the victim is known to police for non-violent acts.  This latest incident brings the murder count to 91.
