Nassau, Bahamas – November 14th, 2024 – BTC has introduced its Silver Blue Connection Program, a tailored service initiative for Most Vulnerable Persons (MVPs) – senior citizens, pensioners, the differently abled, and residents on remote Family Islands.
Recognizing that this group of individuals needs extra attention, BTC has introduced this special white glove service program exclusively providing personalized, affordable, and reliable services to this customer segment.
“Delivering superior customer service is so important to us and we want to ensure that our MVPs do not feel left out,” said K. Teneile Simmons, BTC’s Head of Customer Experience. We value our seniors, differently abled, and those on far flung islands, and we realize that they need focused and special attention from us, so the launch of this program is timely. The Silver Blue Connection program is geared towards meeting their needs and give them a level of trust, confidence, ease, and satisfaction of doing business with BTC.”
The program will offer an enhanced in-store experience with dedicated service and support in BTC retail stores.
Special “CX Concierge” services will be provided, where techs can visit the MVPs home in the event, they need in-person assistance with troubleshooting technical issues they may experience. MVPs will be offered affordable postpaid plans and discounts on select mobile and fixed products.
MVPs will also receive fixed end of month billing dates and loyalty points for paying their bills on time.
BTC also wants to ensure that they maintain a special connection to those MVPs enrolled in the program. They will receive special birthday greetings, be entered into a birthday gift raffle, and receive special invites to attend various BTC workshops and community events.
The MVPs will also be invited to engage in educational tutorials and information sessions that address topics that focus on health and wellness, insurance, and finance.
Persons aged 60 and older, the differently abled, pensioners and those BTC customers living on remote Family Islands can sign up for the Silver Blue Connection program by visiting any BTC retail store and presenting a valid form of identification.
