Minister of Social Services, Information and Broadcasting, the Hon. Myles Laroda accompanied executives of the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas (BCB) to a church service at the Church of God Cathedral on East Street over the weekend.

BCB Executive Chairman, Picewell Forbes addressed congregants saying, “we at ZNS are still proud to say that only the sun covers The Bahamas better than ZNS and I still love the idea Minister that people still would call my phone and say they heard about something, they heard about the murder, they heard about some raise, they heard about salaries being changed but they say ZNS didn’t say it yet.  So when ZNS ga say it?  So it mean the Bahamian public still trusts the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas and therefore we don’t take it for granted, we are proud.”

During his remarks Minister Laroda congratulated the employees at the BCB for their work.
