BTC Celebrates Top Performers at Quarterly Awards Event

Nassau, Bahamas – May 1, 2025 – BTC proudly hosted its Top Performers Awards Ceremony on April 30th, recognizing 47 outstanding employees from across the organization for their exceptional performance and dedication during the first quarter.

Each honouree was nominated by their manager for consistently going above and beyond in their respective roles. Employees from across the islands were flown to New Providence to attend the event.

This quarterly recognition initiative is part of BTC’s commitment to foster a culture of appreciation and high performance. Top performers will be celebrated every quarter, with the program culminating in the announcement of an Employee of the Year at the end of 2025.

BTC is also preparing to launch several people-focused initiatives in the coming months, including a comprehensive training program for managers and a special recognition ceremony for employees with 30 or more years of service.
