Grand Bahama’s 2nd annual Food Truck Festival returns with a day of flavor, music, and fun

Bahamian Media News:

The Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation (MOTIA) hosted its second annual Food Truck Festival on Saturday, June 21 2025.  The festival brought together residents and visitors for a lively day filled with music, food, and family friendly activities on Taino Beach.

The festival featured over 16 food trucks offering a mouthwatering array of culinary options—from sushi, gourmet treats, desserts, savoury BBQ, to local favourites like fish, ‘crack conch’ and more.

In addition to food, attendees enjoyed live performances from the Top Tier Band and the Deep South Island Boys Band, as well as a variety of fun activities throughout the day.  Children especially enjoyed the mobile gaming truck and a soft play kids’ zone designated just for them.

MOTIA’s General Manager in Grand Bahama, Nuvolari Chotoosingh, acknowledged the growth and success of this year’s festival. He extended thanks to the attendees and encouraged both locals and visitors to make the most of the family-friendly event.
