Telecoms provider BTC recently hosted its annual Customer Experience (CX) Day, reinforcing its commitment to ensuring that customers and staff feel genuinely valued and appreciated.
To mark the occasion, BTC’s CX team welcomed several customers to a special Customer Experience Forum held at its Perpall Tract campus. During the event, customers had the opportunity to learn more about BTC’s products and share their feedback on the services that they use.
BTC CEO Sameer Bhatti underscored the value of customer loyalty, noting, “Our customers are at the core of everything we do at BTC. In celebrating CX Day, we wanted to take the opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation for their ongoing support. Whether they use our mobile or fixed services, we thank them for choosing BTC. We remain committed to continuously improving our offerings, and CX Day is all about saying thank you to our customers.”
Linda Hunt, a valued BTC customer who attended the forum, recounted her experience at the BTC Mall Marathon store. “Although I couldn’t remember my account number, the store agent went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating remarkable patience and a warm, friendly demeanor,” Hunt said. “Their professionalism and attentiveness truly made my visit seamless and enjoyable.”
Elizabeth Hall, a BTC customer for nearly four decades, shared her gratitude for the company’s consistent service. Reflecting on her long-standing relationship with BTC, she said, “I’ve had my prepaid number for the past 38 years, and throughout that time, I have received excellent service.” Ms. Hall also credits BTC for making it possible to maintain uninterrupted access to her prepaid number and services for so many years, highlighting the company’s commitment to reliability and customer satisfaction.
CX Day was also celebrated in-house with a technical “eXperience” training session designed to equip the company’s technical team with essential soft skills for stronger customer interactions.

CX Day allows us to both acknowledge the hard work of our CX team and celebrate the loyalty of our customers. There’s no better way to measure our success than by listening to those we serve.”
In addition to celebrating customers, the team rolled out a month of activities for the remainder of the month to highlight customers and to recognize the CX team members that work directly with them every day.
This is the third year that BTC has engaged in the CX Day experience along with other telecoms markets that fall under the Liberty Caribbean umbrella.
