The Bahamas Business Outlook (BBO), the country’s premier economic conference, is set for Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Baha Mar resort, with Prime Minister the Hon. Philip E. Now in its 35th year, Bahamas Business Outlook will be held under the theme “Strengthening Foundations for Long-Term Prosperity,” bringing together senior government officials, business leaders, and institutional stakeholders for a full day of dialogue on economic resilience, investment, and national preparedness. With a general election looming, the Prime Minister’s presentation is expected to outline the Government’s economic record, articulate its forward-looking policy agenda, and frame the broader economic outlook as the country approaches a critical political juncture.
Organised by The Counsellors Ltd, the conference will focus on key economic and policy issues shaping The Bahamas’ medium- and long-term trajectory.
