Executive Chairman  Darron Pickstock delivered remarks at the opening ceremony of Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation’s (BAIC) ‘Taste and Tell’ food fest on Saturday, April 25, at the Western Esplanade.  Mr. Pickstock noted local processed food brands, such as Johnson’s and Rolle’s, that are dominating the shelves of local grocery stores and family cabinets.  He encouraged attendees to advocate for their favorite products showcased at the event by requesting their availability in grocery stores.  Additionally, he emphasized the importance of supporting local agriculture by asking for Golden Yolk Bahamian Eggs, which are produced right here in The Bahamas, ensuring a farm-to-shelf experience.
