Mrs. Ann Marie Davis, of the Office of the Spouse of the Prime Minister, was a special guest at the Gala Crowning ceremonies of 24th Annual Galaxy International Pageant 2026/27 on Saturday, August 8, at the University of The Bahamas Performing Arts Center. A lively enthusiastic audience at the international finals cheered on Bahamian contestants who competed in the pageant. Contestants were of different age categories and of different nationalities apart from The Bahamas — namely, Latin America, the United States, Great Britain, Canada, and the Dominican Republic. The ladies showcased an array of wardrobe selections — evening wear, formal wear, bikini and beachwear, as well as casuals that all wowed and impressed the audience.

Competition categories were Miss Galaxy for single women 19-27 years; Mrs. Galaxy for those who are legally married; Ms. Galaxy for unmarried contestants 28 and older; and Miss Teen Galaxy aged 15-18 years. The pageant, hosted in Nassau for the first time, places emphasis on personal development, leadership and community service. Mrs. Davis is pictured in photos with the pageant participants.
