Sabrina succeeds Melissa Darville in this role. Melissa is no longer associated with ACTLCG or any of its affiliates. She is not authorized to conduct business, enter into contractual agreements, or represent herself as an agent of ACTLCG in any capacity. We extend our appreciation for her prior contributions and wish her the best in her future endeavors.

Sabrina is a powerhouse in financial services and diaspora-centered business strategy, with over two decades of experience across the United States, the Caribbean, and the African continent. She brings a transformative blend of
strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cultural fluency to her new role as CEO.
Sabrina brings a steady and seasoned hand, with a wealth of experience in financial strategy, logistics, and cultural leadership. She served as Chief Financial Officer of ACTLCG, shaping its financial sustainability while advancing regional trade efforts. As Global Strategic Business Partner with Incredible Bulk Freight Ltd., she improves logistics systems across the Caribbean and Africa. She also leads Vibes of the Afrikan Diaspora (VAD), a grassroots initiative she founded that promotes cultural healing and economic empowerment. With a strong focus on advising startups, banks, and Fortune 500 companies, Sabrina approaches her work with grounded clarity and purpose, fully aligned with ACTLCG’s mission to build lasting economic bridges rooted in shared ancestry and bold innovation.

As CEO, Sabrina will oversee ACTLCG’s strategic vision, operations, global partnerships, and economic diplomacy initiatives. She will lead the next phase of growth, following the success of the 2025 AfriCaribbean Global Business
