Atlantis Paradise Island, the most iconic destination resort in the world, appoints Lenny Cumberbatch as Vice President and General Manager of The Reef at Atlantis Paradise Island. In his new role, Cumberbatch will be responsible for all hotel operations at the resort’s luxury property, The Reef, and will oversee
Food & Beverage operations at The Cove and The Reef.
 
Cumberbatch joined Atlantis as Vice President of Food & Beverage in 2024. Prior to this role, he
held several leadership positions at Atlantis and across the Caribbean, including SLS Baha Mar
and The Windjammer Landing Villa Beach. Cumberbatch holds a postgraduate Certificate in
Business Administration from the University of Roehampton and is an Adjunct Professor at the
University of The Bahamas.
