The Ministry of Social Services, Information and Broadcasting has partnered with the Bahamas Christian Council to build stronger families in the country.

Minister of Social Services, Information and Broadcasting, the Hon. Myles Laroda spoke to members of the media about the role of churches in the ministry’s Family Week campaign. He said, “we recognize their reach but also their technical abilities. Some of the churches are well experienced with technology and getting the word out. Some of them have their own media department and media teams. And so its a natural fit to reach out to the church for them to help partner with us in strengthening our families thereby strengthening our community thereby strengthening our country.”
