Nassau, Bahamas – June 29th, 2025 – BTC is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrice Thompson as its new Director of People – a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people-first strategy.
Thompson brings over 35 years of distinguished experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. She has held senior leadership positions across both private and public sector organizations, including Executive Director of Talent and Sourcing at Atlantis, Director of Human Resources at Aliv, and most recently, Head of Human Resources and Learning at the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA).
BTC CEO Sameer Bhatti welcomed Thompson’s appointment.
