BTC, Super Value, and BTC master distributor Communications Solutions have maintained a successful partnership spanning more than fifteen years. In recognition of outstanding sales achievements, BTC recently honored the fifty-two top-performing cashiers from thirteen Super Value locations across New Providence for their exceptional performance in selling top-up, and combo plans.
The recognition ceremony took place onNovember 12th at Super Value’s Golden Gates Head Office, where team members from BTC, Super Value, and Communications Solutions gathered to celebrate the top performers.
Four top sellers from each of locations were honored for their achievements, with first-place winners receiving mobile phones and all awardees presented with special gifts and incentives from BTC.
As part of the day’s activities, BTC’s Recharge Team also conducted a refresher session for cashiers, providing updates on BTC’s suite of Top-Up and Combo products and sharing customer engagement techniques to enhance sales and service delivery.
Stephan Cartwright, BTC’s Mobile Recharge Manager, said the event served as both a training opportunity and a celebration of excellence.
