Chairman of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, which promotes trade and investment across the Commonwealth member states — Lord Marland paid a courtesy call on the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, the Hon. Chester Cooper at the ministry’s offices, May 12, 2025.  Also present were Director of Aviation and Deputy Director General of Tourism Dr. Kenneth Romer, and Acting Permanent Secretary Lisa Adderley-Anderson.
