Minister of Health and Wellness, the Hon. Dr. Michael Darville gave an update on a timeline for the tabling of the promised medical marijuana legislation.

Darville told reporters, “we met with wide cross sections of consultation. We met with them. We spoke with them. Now we have a bill that we think is palatable. If there’s any more concerns i think we need to move very quickly to resolve them. I cannot answer when but I’m telling you we are about to lay this bill before the budget and we intend to pass it with the grace of God by the end of this year.”
