FAMILY ISLANDS RENAISSANCE
Since The Bahamas Government launched its aggressive Family Islands Renaissance Project, with an initial 14 airports, the initiative has taken flight, now expanding to more aerodromes across the archipelago.
This represents the largest investment in Family Islands Airport Infrastructure ever made by any government in Bahamian history.
This unprecedented move, further positions The Bahamas as the regional leader in Aviation innovation, airports development and airlift advancement, contributing to the economic transformation of Family Islands communities, as outlined in the National Aviation Strategic Plan.
