Prime Minister, the Hon. Philip Davis signed the Book of Condolence and paid respects to the family of the late Dr. Norman Rupert Gay, former Cabinet Minister, during the Lie-In-State in the Foyer of the House of Assembly on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

An Official Funeral Service for Dr. Gay will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillview Seventh Day Adventist Church on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway.  Cremation will follow.
