Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson delivered her ruling on Monday regarding submissions by the legal team of the Member of Parliament for Long Island, the Hon. Adrian Gibson to have the case stayed and that prosecution witness Ms. Alexandria Mackey testify in person. Justice Grant-Thompson dismissed all of the applications submitted on behalf of the defense.

Gibson is being tried along with five others on charges related to the execution of contracts while he served as Executive Chairman of the Water and Sewerage Corporation.
