Governor General, Her Excellency the Most Hon. Dame Cynthia Pratt brought remarks during Emancipation Day ceremonies in Fox Hill, on Fox Hill Parade Grounds, August 5, 2024.  Fox Hill Member of Parliament and Minister of Foreign Affairs the Hon. Fred Mitchell also gave an address to commemorate the day.
