Baha Mar Senior Vice President of Administration and External Relations, Robert Sands told ZNS News the resort’s occupancy levels have exceeded expectations.

He said, “we see stopover visitors grow for the last two, three months which is also a positive sign perhaps not in the large numbers we want but its growth. And so, some of the right things are happening. Many people, I think, are impatient and rightly so. This has been a difficult summer because of the heat levels, number one, and also the erratic availability of electricity that’s really impacted a significant amount of consumers who under most difficult circumstances still have to get up every day, put their best foot forward.”
